On the day of his grandfather’s funeral, Rick was handed a very special gift: an old weathered teal journal.

Inside were pages upon pages of musings, lessons, experiences, quotes, and wisdom from the very man he had just laid to rest.

Unbeknownst to him, his grandfather had been scribbling things for him in this journal since Rick was born, as a way to share, with his only grandchild, the wisdom he had gathered through the years.

Now, thirty years later, author Rick Roth has compiled his own Teal Book of Wisdom to share – not only with his loved ones, but with you. Within its pages you’ll find stories, not only from his own life, but from the lives of many remarkable people he has met along the way. Each story carries a lesson or piece of wisdom that you can then carry with you on your own life journey.

About Author Rick Roth

Rick Roth is a husband, father, and son who enjoys continually learning to improve not just his own life but the lives of others. He is a highly rated adjunct professor and has taught at New York University and the University of Connecticut. He’s also an accomplished real estate financier and investor, with over twenty-five years of industry experience.

From his humble childhood to living and raising his family in one of the wealthiest communities in the United States, Rick has met some remarkable people and gathered some wisdom from others, both of which he loves to help share.

This passion for gathering and sharing wisdom led Rick to his authorial debut: Teal Book of Wisdom.
